Warsaw Radio release new single ‘After Eve’ and announce Irish tour

Return to Ireland this March with new single ‘After Eve’

“Irish frontman McNamara has a knack of enveloping the listener with his story telling style song-writing”

With baritone vocals, soaring strings and a unique outlook on a familiar tale, Warsaw Radio return with the launch of their new single ‘After Eve’, exploring one of the first ever love stories – Adam and Eve. Produced by Jag Jago (The Maccabees and Florence Welch) and mastered by John Davis (U2 and White Lies) at Metropolis in London, ‘After Eve’ draws listeners in from the start with rich orchestration and McNamara’s warm vocals. The narrative follows a unique perspective, imaging if Adam and Eve separated after they are forced out of the Garden of Eden, sung from the perspective of Adam. The entirely original outlook on the religious tale, alongside combined baritone vocals layered above soaring strings, forms an addictive single.

Fresh from their feature on BBC Introducing Warsaw Radio will arrive back on home soil on 22nd March with shows in Whelan’s, Dublin, Crane Lane, Cork, Dolan’s, Limerick and The Loft in Galway before returning to the UK to play the Brighton Fringe festival in May.

Limerick frontman Brían McNamara is joined by band members Nicola Bates on violin & backing vocals, Paul Lennox on Drums, Laurence Bridge on bass, Chris Webber on lead guitar.

As a group Warsaw Radio take influence from the likes of Wilco, Fleetwod Mac, The Waterboys and The Frames. They are all set for UK and Ireland dates from February, kicking off with a home town head-line show at Komedia Brighton on February 8th.
