With today marking the 20th anniversary of the first day of recording ‘Be Here Now’ at Abbey Road Studios, Big Brother Recordings have released the Mustique Demo of the classic Oasis single ‘Stand By Me’. The track is available to stream, download and as an instant grat with ‘Be Here Now’ album pre-orders from https://Oasis.lnk.to/SBM
Recorded on the Caribbean island in early 1996 by Noel Gallagher and Owen Morris, the Mustique Demos are the original demos for ‘Be Here Now’. None of these original versions of the songs have ever been heard by anyone outside of the band before now. All fourteen Mustique demos are available on special editions of the new Chasing The Sun edition of ‘Be Here Now’, released October 14th on Big Brother Recordings.
